 The La Central YMCA in the South Bronx is a modern 50,000-square-foot facility offering health, wellness, and community programs for all ages. Located at 434 Westchester Avenue, it features an indoor pool, gym, basketball court, sauna, and group fitness studios. Services include swim lessons, youth programs, summer camps, and specialized classes like Zumba and Pilates. (AHF) is a global nonprofit organization providing high-quality HIV care and services to those in need. They generate new, innovative ways of treating and addressing barriers to care for clients through a network of pharmacies, thrift stores, health and wellness centers, affordable housing locations, and food-service programs. Providing cutting edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to  pay.

 Montefiore Einstein Medical Center is a major academic medical institution in the Bronx and the primary teaching hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Its main campus, the Henry and Lucy Moses Division, is located in the Norwood area of the northern Bronx. Named after philanthropist Moses Montefiore, the center is one of New York’s significant employers and was ranked No. 8 among NYC metro area hospitals by U.S. News & World Report in 2024. It also houses the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, which provides care for patients from birth through age 21. 

 NYC Votes is a nonpartisan initiative of the New York City Campaign Finance Board that works to make local elections fair, inclusive, and accessible.  MetroPlusHealth has launched a new, user-friendly website for gig workers, providing a one-stop resource for health care access, workers' rights, employment support, and mental health services. Created with NYC Health + Hospitals and the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, the site also offers easy enrollment in MetroPlusHealth’s no-cost health, vision, and dental plans—addressing the critical needs of the 26 million gig, freelance, and contract workers who often lack employer-provided benefits.

 Destination Tomorrow is the Bronx’s LGBTQ+ center, dedicated to providing accessible, affirming services within the community. Through holistic programs in health, housing, education, and economic empowerment, the organization supports LGBTQ+ individuals and works to prevent crises before they occur. It also helps other agencies build capacity to serve LGBTQ+ populations. With a focus on empowerment and community connection, Destination Tomorrow envisions a future where all LGBTQ+ people can thrive close to home.

Active across New York State, the campaign also offers educational resources and connects visitors to local services. Widely recognized, it has received numerous awards, including from GLAAD and the Webby Awards. 

 The Community Spotlight Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to highlighting and empowering individuals and organizations that make a positive impact in their communities.
